These are bags you can personally decorate and characterise to your interests. we will then provide items to go inside the bag. The aim of this bag is to ceate a transportable kit that you can use to ground you, make you feel more relaxed, and reduce symptons of panic, anxiety or low mood.
Supplies are limited so head on down to avoid disappointment!
