Connect. Collaborate. Create
Why do you want to represent your community?
I want to represent my community because I am passionate about making every student's voice count. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of being the only Bangladeshi student in my intake, I understand how important it is for students from diverse backgrounds to feel represented and supported. I believe that every student, regardless of their background, should feel a sense of belonging and empowerment on our campus. My goal is to foster unity and drive meaningful change for a collective growth.
How would you aim to engage with your community?
I aim to engage with my community by fostering open communication and creating inclusive spaces for dialogue. I will hold regular listening sessions and feedback forums, where students can share their ideas, concerns, and experiences in a supportive environment. Utilizing social media and digital platforms, I will encourage ongoing discussions and updates on relevant issues. Additionally, I plan to organize collaborative events that celebrate our diverse cultures, bringing students together to connect and build relationships. By being an approachable and visible presence on campus, I will ensure that every voice is heard and represented in the Student Union Council. I will basically emphasize on open dialogues and engagements.
