Responsible, Approachable, Reliable
Why do you want to represent your community?
Being an international student, I feel representing my community holds great significance to me. I come from a diverse cultural background, and I have experienced first hand challenges in adapting to a new environment,For many international students, the journey to a new country is not just academic but deeply personal. I would like to be their voice as I understand that. As a representative, my goal would be to ensure that the voices of international students are amplified, advocating for their needs and creating spaces where we can thrive both academically and socially. I believe that through active representation, I can help build a stronger, more inclusive community, where cultural exchange and diversity are not only embraced but are seen as strengths that enrich the entire university experience.
How would you aim to engage with your community?
As an international representative, my primary aim would be to foster meaningful engagement through open communication, inclusivity, and shared experiences. I would actively create opportunities for dialogue, ensuring that all voices, especially those of international students, are heard and valued. My approach would involve a combination of cultural events, social gatherings, and support initiatives to bring people together and celebrate the diversity within our community.
