JOIN GREEN THUMBS AND WELLBEING AMBASSADORS FOR THEIR WELLBEING WALK!
We will be meeting as a group and walking around campus to promote positive wellbeing.
This week, we will be making bark rubbings with crayons and paper!
WELLBEING & VOLUNTEERING
Outdoor activities are often discussed as great ways to improve mental health and general wellbeing. Both projects strive to create an inclusive, welcoming and safe space for students, staff and members of the public to work together and build friendships.
Our Green Thumbs volunteers are knowledgable on different topics within gardening and outdoor activities, while our Wellbeing Ambassadors are trained to provide a listening ear and signpost you to any services you need đź’›
