SU MAKES: Pages sessions are exclusively for the existing journalling community*. They’re based on the idea of - a daily practice of writing in a stream-of-consciousness/ brain-dump way.
Writing regularly in this way is enormously beneficial to your wellbeing; it’s a judgment-free opportunity to get your thoughts down on paper and cleared from your mind. You’ll find solutions to problems naturally, process emotions, gain comfort with writing, and learn to silence your inner critic.
As with all of our Makes, this is a zero-pressure moment to enjoy – all you need to do is: don’t think too hard and just write.
