The two-way anonymous messaging feature allows students, staff and visitors to report concerns anonymously while maintaining an open and confidential line of communication with the university.
How It Works:
This feature empowers individuals to:
- Submit anonymous reports and receive guidance, support, or follow-up communication without revealing their identity.
- Address concerns securely, including fears of repercussions or safety issues, while building trust through ongoing, confidential dialogue with the university.
Key Features:
- Two-way anonymous communication: After submitting a report, users can opt into messaging for continued dialogue.
- Unique 16-character code: A secure code is generated for each report, allowing users to access the system later. It’s important to save this code as it cannot be recovered if lost.
- Maintained anonymity: Users remain anonymous unless they choose to share their details.
This feature has been added based on your feedback. It's great to see it live and functionining.
