"Cultivating community, one agar plate at a time"
We are a diverse group of students in the Life Sciences department, including both undergraduates and postgraduates, with a shared goal: to create a more vibrant and inclusive community within our field. In other words, we want to bring more "life" to the Life Sciences community. Whether it's building connections between students and professors, hosting fun and educational events, or simply creating opportunities for collaboration, we're here to make sure everyone feels welcomed and supported.
Our goal is to create a welcoming space where students can form friendships and truly feel like they belong. We’re committed to embracing inclusivity and diversity while encouraging collaboration and support among peers. We also want to bridge the gap between students and professors, building stronger connections within the Life Sciences department. By hosting fun and engaging events for both students and professors, we aim to make learning enjoyable and foster a dynamic, supportive community.
