The meeting was based in the Stem building. During the meeting the executives discussed Pakistan Week which is in collaboration with Shahid Afridi Foundation and 20 other Universities of the UK. The executives decided that the society will host three events during Pakistan Week. We brainstormed potential ideas for events that could help raise the most amount of money for charity while also promoting Pakistani culture. Our team decided that the first event should be a stall selling traditional Pakistani sweets. The executives agreed to divide the three events amongst each other, hence the Pakistani sweets stall will be organised by the media and marketing officer Nohail Alavi and treasurer Haris R. Bhatti.
