This meeting has been urgently called after discovering that we have to do something for Halloween. Therefore executives have suggested that we do a horror movie night and because in this short notice we will not be able to book a room at the University of Essex, we will just do it in the house of some of the executives. We have also decided that we will sell traditional Pakistani hot tea and snacks.
