VP Welfare

Hey Guys, I’m Nifemi and I am your new VP Welfare! As well as being an Economics graduate, I have just finished my Masters in International Development! I love theatre, a good Chinese takeaway and I’m ever so slightly obsessed with minions and Percy Pigs .

Over my 4 years here so far, I have been heavily involved with the Students' Union in so many ways; as Society President and Exec Member, a Volunteer with VTeam, an Essex Blades Dance Club Committee member and I’ve been a part of the Education Team since my very first year and being the Faculty Convenor for Social Science the last 2 years. So don’t worry, your university experience is in safe hands. I will work hard to ensure that you get the right support to help you succeed in your studies and have the best student experience. With me your welfare is a priority  

You’ll most likely find me around campus, in the Squares, Sub Zero and in The Greenhouse Cafe. If you do see me around please say, I am looking forward to meeting so many of you guys!
